Advanced Land Navigation

Advanced course: 12-20 hours in the woods. A more extensive gear list required. Pre-requisite, must have attended intermediate course. $100 per student. (Meals provided.) Snacks and hydration, additional food highly encouraged. (This course is typically performed over a weekend Friday through Sunday morning.  Students will be camping outdoors.)

This course will not only demonstrate a student's ability to navigate during the day but also at night where things can become a little more challenging.  Students will require compass, pace beads, shelter system/camping equipment, clothing suited to seasonal conditions and multiple changes of socks.  Upon booking this course, students will be sent a mandatory and recommended gear list.  If student is unable to get certain gear, let us know and we'll see what we can do.  We have some things we can potentially loan a student.
